Welcome to my blog!

I am a doctor and a public health professional by training. When I am not wrapping my brain around a diagnosis or a dataset, I am paper-crafting, painting, traveling, enjoying music, reading or learning something new about ancient history or science through documentaries and online classes.

Paper-crafting, and painting with watercolors and oil colors have been my favorite relaxing activities. It has come a long way since the time it was all about using pencils, colors and scissors to create a greeting card, to using myriad of clear stamps, punches, die-cutting, embellishments and paints available now to achieve sophisticated and stunning outcomes. It is an interesting evolution. I enjoy learning and trying new techniques to create what I imagine. Needless to say, I love colors.
